If your claim amounts to €20.00 or less kindly be sure to include your IBAN number and bank details in the online form. In line with the Central Bank of Malta’s Directive No. 19 we cannot issue cheques for amounts of €20.00 and consequently will not process claims without this information.
Accident notification?
- Notify the claims the department immediately after the loss/damage.
- Reach us via landline at 25598100 or email at [email protected].
- Prepare to furnish details about the accident: policy number, date, time of loss/accident, description of what happened, and relevant documentation (photos, Police report, Quotations/receipts, etc.)
