Notify the claims department immediately after the incident and prepare to furnish details about the accident: policy number, date, time of the incident, description of what happened, and relevant documentation (photos, accident report, receipts, etc).
How to claim?
Submit the form and provide us with the required documents below.
- Copy of Driver’s license.
- Copy of the front to rear form (if applicable).
- Lesa or Police report reference number.

- Claim excess (if applicable).
Follow-up and review the claim resolution.
- Stay in touch with the Claims department for updates on your claim status.
- Inquire about the expected processing timeline and any additional required steps.
- Carefully review the details provided by the insurance company after claim processing.
- Check the outcome, coverage, and any compensation offered.
Policy Excess payment.
- Your motor policy typically carries an excess, the first amount you are liable to pay for claim processing.
- Pay the applicable excess:
- Send a cheque payable to PostaInsure Agency Ltd.
- Pay directly at offices (cash, debit, credit card).
- Settle the amount due through internet banking.
