How to claim?

Submit the form and provide us with the required documentation below.

    • Submit photos of the loss/damages.
    • File a Police report promptly in case of loss, stolen or maliciously damaged property.
    • Include a technical report along with quotations.
    • Take necessary steps to recover lost or stolen property.
    • Mitigate the loss possible.
    • Provide details of any involved third parties related to the loss/damage.
    • Immediately forward any legal documents received concerning liability claims without responding.
    • Refrain from discussing, admitting, rejecting, or negotiating any claims without written permission.
    • Always act as if you are uninsured to try and minimise the loss as much as possible.
