How to claim?
Submit the form and provide us with the required documents below.
- Retain all damaged Items for us to view, inspect or test.
- Photos to proof your loss or damage.
- Police report with the property information including what has been damaged.
- Third Party details which could be involved in the loss or damage you have suffered.
- Technical report of the loss or damages.
- Receipts and packaging of the loss or damaged item.
- Formal quotation of replacement item.
